Strengthen staff training to improve production quality

Recently, with the increasing business volume of our company, in order to improve the production quality and enhance the quality of employees, the company has further strengthened and implemented the training of new production personnel. New employees must go through the double interview of the Human Resources Department and the Production Management Department before they can go through the entry procedures. After all the procedures are completed, the Production Management Department will assign special personnel to conduct induction training for new employees. Induction training includes company profile, production system, skills training and answering questions from employees. After the above work is completed, the new employee will go to the project department to arrange the post and accommodation with relevant entry materials and training certificates.
